I would highly recommend working with Tony Zarsadias. He was very professional and his knowledge of the condo market is second to none. He was able to provide us with excellent market evaluations and I must say he was very accurate. If we had of listened to his advice originally the property would have sold much quicker. We did end up selling the condo in Sidney for right around Tony’s original listing price request.
