I know I am not the first person to buy a pre constructed condo, but anyone who is trying to do a flip for the first time can understand my anxiety. I wasn't sure what to buy and why to buy it, but with Taylor's help I quickly felt like a professional making my choices easy and with out a doubt, profitable even with a changing market!
